Customer Services

We are very proud of our creations and because we want them to always look their best, we are pleased to polish and clean them at any time free of charge. At the same time, we examine any settings for wear or damage. Should any Idar creation need repairs at any time, we will gladly do so.

Any of our copyrighted pieces can be brought in for appraisals, and we will also be pleased to help any of our customers work with their insurance companies to ensure that any Idar pieces that are lost or damaged are replaced with equivalent pieces from our workshop.

Due to the high demand for our services, we are forced to limit these services to jewellery purchased from our store.
