We strongly recommend that vintage jewellery be left as is, as any changes once made are irreversible. As well, and in time, vintage jewellery almost always comes back into vogue. If looking to rework jewellery, we suggest instead a customer consider the permanence and beauty of an Idar original.

What about copyright protection?

The Berne Convention for the Protection of Artistic Works is the international copyright law that protects original artworks from being copied. Customers can rest assured that our Arabesque, Celtic, Renaissance and Infinity jewellery collections are all protected by copyright.
